How to fix window Borders are missing on Windows 10

A simple way to fix this problem:
1. Open your control panel.


2. Type "adjust" into the typein box at the right corner of control panel.

3. Then click on "Adjust the appearence and performance of windows".

4. In the "Performance Options" box, select (turn on) "show shadows under windows"

5. Click apply and OK
